Preorders will be shipped once inventory arrives (expected mid-July) with the shipping rate selected at checkout.

Meraki Return Policy

We put our heart into every piece, and want you to feel the same when you wear it. But if something doesn’t feel just right, we’ve got you.

Returns with Intention
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item that’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (tags attached).
To begin, email us with your order number and what you’d like to send back.

Refunds with Care
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We’ll keep you updated so there are no surprises.

Exchanges Made Simple
We don’t process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, place a new order and return the original.

Shipping Responsibility
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one, return shipping is on us.
For all other returns, the shipping cost is yours.

Final Sale Items
Final sale items, gift cards, are not eligible for return.

To get the best wear out of your Meraki pieces, please follow these care instructions:

All garments are made from 100% cotton and are not preshrunk.

Washing: Machine wash on cold with like colors or on its own to maintain color and shape.

Drying: For best results, air dry or tumble dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage.

Dry clean: Garments may also be professionally dry cleaned if preferred.

Taking a little extra care goes a long way in keeping your Meraki items looking and feeling their best.
